I sent an e-mail to Southwest about this earlier this month. Here's the response I got:

Thanks for contacting us. We appreciate the opportunity to respond.

While Wi-Fi availability is currently limited to only four of our aircraft, testing is going well, and we hope to be able to add it to all of our aircraft in the future.

It's our pleasure to answer your e-mail, and we hope to have the opportunity to see you onboard again soon.

I don't think they'll roll it out by June, but hopefully by the end of the year. I also indicated that JetBlue has free WiFi on their planes, but they didn't respond to that.
