Just got done booking our flights to Orlando on Jan 21-28. We had planned on driving from southwestern Ontario but have been checking the airlines quite regularly. There are 6 of us going on the Wonder Cruise and the flights had been ridiculous to fly out of Canada.

Well - tried Southwest out of Buffalo and we all flying for $810 US. I still can't believe the deal!

Now I have to look into a rental car and a hotel in Buffalo for the night before out flight!

I keep checking my rates too.. the flight out has dropped but it does not extend to Feb 2nd for the way back yet.. so that one is higher, I am still checking tho!!!! the second it drops I am rebooking.. lol.. $54.88 one way is a great price!!!
we cannot drive for that price with my size of family and all the meals that we would have to buy, and the hotel rooms for the trip this is a great way to get to WDW.

We cannot drive for that price either! With there being 6 of us the flights had to be a really good deal and $135 US/person was it! We figured it would take 2 days to get there and 3 to get back. So that is 3 extra hotel nights @ $200. They just don't give those suites out at any great deals!

I am glad we are flying - we have drove before and liked it. This also saves me $200 because I do not have to buy a TV/DVD combo for the van. We had the TV/VCR for our last trip but we have not purchased a video tape in over 3 years!

Good luck with your rates dropping and I am keeping my fingers crossed that we do not a huge snow storm at the end of Jan!

my favorite part is $11 tax.. lol.. that saved a bundle then flying out of Canada
AND because we are flying my DH does not have miss more work and lose pay too.. my kid are SO excited about flying on a plane... hey, we will be there the same time as you! 26th-2nd... Where are you staying? we will in FW cabins.

We are the Disney Wonder from the 23-27. Do not know where we are going to stay the 27th - have been thinking about staying at Disney. The kids would love it - but I do not know if we can keep them from the parks!

The taxes were the best part weren;t they! $200/ person in taxes in Canada was crazy.
