SOUTHWEST- EXCELLENT! FREE RESCHEDULING for NEXT 2 weeks

Hi Fellow Dis Lovers!

To all that are worried about cancelling due to the hurricane- great news for the The SouthWest Fliers.

They allow you to easily change your schedule for the same amount you originally booked for up until November 2nd.

I was able to cancel my trip for this weekend and book again for next weekend without a penalty! YAY SOUTHWEST!

Sorry, if this has already been discussed. I just found out about this and thought that I would share with others!

TO the residents of Florida and everyone who will be going this weekend please be safe and I am saying prayers for all of you! God bless!

I LOVE SOUTHWEST!!! I did know about this, but I really thought that I would have to pay more since I had a ridiculously cheap DING flight. Within minutes, my flight was changed and now I don't have to worry about leaving Orlando on Monday during the storm. Added an extra day and life is great!

YAY! Celebration! I thought that I would have to pay the higher fair which was 84 dollars. I got the $49 fare a few weeks and was so excited cause I had been watching since August for the flights to go down.
I saw one for $27 from BWI to MCO. I wish I would have booked that one. I guess I will never see the fares go that low again.

Same for me. we were suppose to fly today and they got us seats on tommorows flight and also changed our return date a day later no problem. we didn't have any problem with POP changing our dates either. also, for some odd reason our rental car rate dropped down $20 something dollars less too. will be there tommorow! yippee!!!!

I LOVE SOUTHWEST! You know it is funny you mention that about the rental car rate. I have noticed on my last 3 trips to Orlando, that if I check the last 2 days before my trip, the rates drop about $20. I gotta love it. I always book early and then edit it the last day before my trip.

I love Southwest too. I love the fact that they give you a free round trip ticket after you get so many points and they give double points if you book online. I'm not sure, but if you book online after your 4th (?) round trip you get one free. someone correct me if I'm wrong ok? ... but I have gotten two free trips with my points in the past plus they send coupons for a couple of free cocktails during your flight.
plus, who couldn't love an airline that sends you a birthday card every year?
If it were not for Wilma, I would be in the air right now
