So DH paid for EBCI for his trip leaving tomorrow AM. It's supposed to have checked him in at T-36 hours. He logged on at T-26 hours, thinking he could retrieve everything and it told him no, you're not withing T-24.

Does the EBCI only check you in? Do you still have to wait till T-24 to retrieve your info?

Yes, it checks you in at 36 hours but you have to wait till 24 hours prior to get your pass.

Yep, you can print them anytime from t-24 to the airport As Don stated, you are checked in, but you still cant print BP's til t-24, since you go thru the steps to 'check in' like a normal non EBCI person.
