Southwest Early bird check in question

I have a question. I paid for EB check in for my daughter and I on our upcoming flight. Our email confirmation does not show the EB symbol. However, when I look up my reservation online, it does have that red EB symbol there. I printed that out. I like to have all my "confirmations" documented.

When I clicked to get re-emailed the confirmation, it arrives, but says nothing about EB check in. errrr

How do I know for sure it's gonna work??

Your email confirmation won't show the EBCI - that is perfectly normal. If you want, you could always take a screen shot of the online itinerary with the EB symbol, but it really isn't necessary. What you've described is all normal and standard for EBCI and you shouldn't have any issues at all - it will work just fine. I know that doesn't sound very reassuring, but it does just work that way. Promise!

DD & I did the EBCI for our trip in November. I panicked too when I didn't see the symbol on our paperwork. But it was there and I had no problems at all with it when the actual time came to check in!!! I would definitely do EBCI on all of our flights from now on!!!

Just adding..... mine wasn't there (on the email confirmation) for my January trip, but was on the site when I would log in. Checked me in just fine.
