I know there is a number for the 15% discount on SW airline tickets that expires in a few months. I am a member of RR and have never, ever received an email containing one of these discounts. I only receive the weekly email about their specials. Is the discount codes somewhere in that email or does it come separately? Also, from past experience, when do you think one will be out for travel in late Feb.? Finally, if I purchase tickets and then the discount is released, will they rebook or credit me the 15%?

Ok, here goes. They mail them randomly to RR members. It comes in the regular mail.

There is no telling when they will come out, but, if one does, it will be posted a kajillion times over on the budget and transportation boards.

If one comes out, you can cancel your reservation and rebook (make sure your flights are available.) SWA will then issue you a credit (which they keep on record) for travel within one year of the original booking.
