I'm on the phone with Southwest right now. Been holding for over 15 minutes. They don't seem to know anything about this deal.

I want to know if it's $20 per ticket and if it can be used for a 1 way only.

Ok, just called their corporate office at 214-792-4223, incase anyone wants it. I was advised it is $20 off your total fare, not $20 off per person. So if you book for 4 people for a total of $400.00, you would get $20.00 off of that so it would be $380.00. Make sense?

Not a great offer but better than nothing I guess.

I don't know about the southwest deal, but they had the same deal for Air Tran last month. My coke rewards only let you buy one code (per account). So you were limited to one $20 code. However, I was able to use it on a one way ticket.
