Southwest Ding, how often?

I downloaded Ding and immediately received a Ding about a week ago. I have not received anything since then. Is it possible that I messed it up somehow (we are currently working on our computer b/c of problems)? How often should I receive something?

I seem to get 2 a day. You might check to see if the SW tail symbol is on your bottom bar - mine disappeared and I had to go to the menu and restart it.
