Southwest - DING hasn't had Orlando lately

Does anyone know why Southwest hasn't been running any DING specials to/from Orlando International Airport in a while? I know the economy is bad, but they still run DING fares for Vegas and LA from time to time....did they forget that people might want a better fare traveling to Orlando?!

The last few months I haven't seen any impressive Ding fares anywhere I've been going. I seem to be able to find better fares on SW by checking their normal web site frequently. Since most SW flights are fairly full, they really don't have to go the Ding route to fill seats.

The purpose of DING is to fill empty seats, not help people find a better fare.

I flew PIT-MCO in June, the fare for the flights I was on ran from $360-$400 roundtrip, it never went lower. Both flights were full. If they could fill it with people paying that much, why would they offer a DING?

I got a good DING in September for a late January flight - BWI to MCO for $59 and $79 on the return. I haven't seen anything else lately though.

I've actually seen Orlando most days I check Ding. None from my local airports, but from places in the midwest and others that don't apply to me. (I have many areas on my account...places I live near, places I want to go to, places I have family, etc, so I see many dings)

Remember to put your airport(s) as well as Orlando on your Ding thing, so you're seeing everything.

Same here there's more ding for Orlando than for Providence. I think they have so many flights going out of Orlando they have to have Dings to fill the seats.
