Southwest Credits Question

I had some ticketless travel funds for Southwest that I thought expired this week, and I was going to call to see if I could get them extended. But I just checked the Southwest site before calling and it turns out they expired last week. Does anyone know if it's even possible to get expired funds reinstated and extended? I hate to call SW and sound like an idiot so I thought I'd ask here first. If anyone would know, it would be the DISers on the Transportation board, right?!

Most likely the answer will be no but you will never know for sure if you do not pick up the phone and call them!!

They *may* .. my experience was @ the airport though.. I had the credit voucher in hand, and happened to be going somewhere, so I went to the SWA desk and asked.. they put a red heart stamp on it and the date. I think I ended up mailing it in and getting a credit back on my c.c.

..anyway.. short answer, absolutely try!
