My return flight dropped in price. I can call and request a credit, correct? What Info will they need? Is there a specific number to call?

You can go online and do modify reservation. Pick the same flights and the different in price will go into an online fund (assuming you have wanna get away fares).

If you booked an Anytime fare or a Business Select fare you can get a refund of the price difference.

If you booked a Wanna Get Away fare you can get a credit (in the form of "Travel Funds") that is valid for travel within one year of the original purchase date. To get the credit, click on the "Change Flight" option on Southwest's home page. Enter the confirmation number for the flight you want to re-price. Pick the same flight as your "new flight". Make a note of your confirmation number. You will need that down the road when you want to apply the Travel Funds for another flight.

EBCI is tied to the reservation confirmation number. That's why it's important to do a "Change Reservation" and not a cancel and rebook. When you change the reservation the confirmation number stays the same so your EBCI remains intact. If you cancel and rebook you get a new confirmation number and your EBCI is lost in the process.

If you look up your reservation you should see the little "EB" indicator still in place for your flight.
