Does this sound right?

I have $369.00 is ticketless travel funds. I called today to extend and they told me it's $50 per traveler to extend and per ticket. I bought the tickets and then a ding came out and then I cancelled the whole trip. So she said there are two sets of tickets issued and the total I would get back after the fees would be $145.00.

Is that right? She said some two tickets only had $28 on them so I lose that, she could only extend the tickets w/ more than $50 on them.

you mean 2 sets of one-way each tickets for a total of 4 actual tickets (booked as one ways not round trips) then, yes, its $50 each for a total of $200 in extention fees. At least that is how I understand their policy.

There's a SWA rep who frequents the Tansportation board and usually weighs in on all SWA related threads so he'll probably have the best answer for you.

I think so, I bought 3 one way tickets, then I got a ding which gave me a credit. Then I cancelled the whole ticket so the total cost of the ticket originally was $369.00 and I'll get $145 back?
