Southwest Credit??

Hi everyone! quick Question!

I have done it before but am drawing a blank! How can i get southwest credit if my flight has gone down in price? Thanks a bunch!!!

Go under "travel tools", then "change reservation". Re-book the same flight with the new price. Your credit will then show up. Then, call the 214 customer relations number listed under "refund request" (all of the way at the bottom of the page) and ask for the amount to be refunded back to your CC.

(Remember, in order to get the credit, nothing about your flights could have been changed when you re-booked).

This is if you want the credit refunded back to your credit card. If you don't mind have "store credit" at SWA, you can change your flights to different times or dates and just hold onto the credits. You have a year from the original purchase date to use them.
