Southwest Check In Worked Well For Me

We are flying Southwest tomorrow for a week at Disney. I just checked in online at the 24 hour mark. My PC at work froze up right before my 24 hour mark so I had to use my smartphone. Worked beautifully and we received A20 & A21. Now since our flight leaves at 12:40 I am assuming there will already be people on the plane, but I certainly think DH and I have a good shot at sitting next to each other.

I am glad I had to use my phone as that is what I will have to use to check us in for our return flight anyway and now I know how easy it is. I was a little nervous about where our numbers would be as the flight is showing as sold out. I did not pay for EBCI as it is just DH and me and we technically do not have to sit together. I am curious to see where we end up tomorrow on the plane.

Do you have any luggage to check? We used the the offairportcheckin on our last southwest trip to orlando and it was awsome! Got our boarding pass in A and was also able to check our luggage.

I take a noon flight a lot and there's never anyone on the plane. Look at their website, pretend to book flights for your day, and see if just that fight is listed. For example, flight 1230. If it is not listed with any other flight there shouldn't be anyone else on board.

A20 and A21?? That's great! I've checked in before at the 24hr mark and gotten in the B-section!!!! YOu guys should have a great pick of seats and no problem sitting together.

Ditto. Ever since they started EBCI I have noticed the boarding numbers you get at 24 hrs drop.
