Southwest Booking on Points, Love when it Drops!

Between the last few days, a trip booked on points for May dropped twice for a total of approximately 3,200 points! SO NICE that SW to my knowledge is the only airline if the customer monitors the flight booked on points and calls them that they adjust the points for NO fees! THANKS, SW!

You don't need to call, you can do it online. I did it this week for my October trip, I got 391 points back. Just do a change reservation and reselect the same flight.
