We used this service a couple of weeks ago from French Quarter and LOVED it. It was so great to be able to get rid of our luggage and not have to schlepp it around until ME picked us up. We just took all of our checked luggage up to the airline counter around 9 am. The previous day we got our boarding passes so one thing doesn't have anything to do with the other. The luggage check in is run by the airlines themselves while the boarding pass printout can be done at any concierge or guest services on Disney property as a courtesy.
