The OP's question asked about DME, not RAC. After discussing a bit, it came out that the real question was about RAC. The people that responded to the original question didn't know that the OP was asking about RAC.

I am not in any way trying to blame the OP...I see where it gets confusing. But no one was trying to nitpick - we were trying to answer the question that was asked, even though we found out later that that's not really what the OP was trying to ask.

JMO but debating if RAC is part of Disney's Magical Express perk to resort guests is "nitpicking". There are places where Disney at least implies as much.

Originally SW didn't participate with RAC and was eventually rolled out over a period of time. It was clear to me from the OP the person was asking about RAC.
