Southwest advance check in ???

Help. I did the online check in for my flight and when I went to print off my boarding passes my printer decided it would not work. When I went back in to retrieve my reservations it puts me back into the check in area. Can I re-check in to get my passes printed or would that screw me up checking in oline twice?

i've done this, you're checked in. just go in a reprint.

I wasn't sure since it put me back to the check off flights for ABP's.
