Southwest - ? About Booking With Points

When booking flights on Southwest with points you still pay a small amount in cash, the security fee. If you need to cancel the flight, is that money refundable? I know points can go back into your account bu wasn't sure what happens to the cash part. Thanks!

Yes, you can either get a refund or use it as a credit toward future travel. Be aware that when you cancel, it defaults to future credit so you have to actually click the option for refund.
