Southern Elegance car service

We used southern Elegance from Airport to resort. There was absolutly no wait. George was our driver & surprised us with a limo.(Beautiful) Our return trip we were picked up as scheduled by Larry.He was so kind & friendly as was George. I really did my homework before choosing a car service,and glad I chose Southern Elegance. They are definetly an A+ Company. Not only did we have them but my daughter had them also for her car service & was very pleased with both drivers also.(She was a Disney Bride October 3) As a comparison we had called for a car from the Contemporary Resort after dinner & Mears transportation was used. Driver, not friendly& car had air leaks(thought door was ajar) Can't wait to go back(can't get enough disney & will use southern Elegance again & will continue to recommend them to anyone traveling to the area.

I have made 2 seperate vacations with SE & now won't use anyone else- after reading so many horror stories from other transpo companies i feel lucky to have found a reliable and friendly company

we were also surprised with a limo for our return trip home in july!!

we will be using them for our disney cruise in 2005 and requesting george again

I had booked Happy Limo for our trip to Disney but after hearing so many horror stories, I cancelled and booked Southern Elegance!

Ugh, I lived those horror stories. I thought I had a town car curse until I booked with Southern Elegance.

I used them for the second time just last week and the whole process was flawless. George drove us both ways and he's so friendly and proffesional. I can't say enough good things about this company.

BTW you don't have to sign and fax them your contract anymore. That made things even easier

Just had to add also how speedy even the phone conversation was for making the arrangements & whoever I talked to on the phone was very pleasant also. Anyone out there know if George is the owner? Nice Guy!

There is no mandatory tip. They will ask you if you want the gratuity included or take care of it yourself. They're Wonderful!!!

We used Southern Elegance in June and George was our driver. Everything was perfect. The service was flawless and the towncar was spotless. I have referred them to friends and we have a limo reserved for our upcoming trip. I cannot remember seeing one negative comment about them. They went out of their way to accomodate us...even through some unexpected flight changes...even answered our telephone call at 2 am! I was not expecting a "live" voice on the other end. I really thought I would get an answering machine. I think this shows how much they care about their customers.

We're using them in December. I'm getting a limo as a surprise for my mom! They are even going to help me with a special request - having a wrapped Pal Mickey waiting in the car with a welcome note from the Main Mouse himself along with some special snacks and drinks. They have been absolutely wonderful in helping me set everything up! Emails are answered VERY promptly and politely. I really feel good about this company!

He's not, but he sure conducts himself as if he was. I always look forward to seeing George at the bottom of that escalator, and my daughter looks forward to bugging him through the driver panel all the way to WDW!

Just reporting back to say that we are now back from our trip and we were very happy with Southern Elegance! Our driver was there to meet us at the baggage area and lead us right to the car. What struck me was how clean the car was! And there was so much leg room in the back seat of the town car.

We only needed transportation from the airport to the Polynesian but I wanted to be as sure as possible that we wouldn't encounter any problems. After waking up early and spending almost 3 hours on a plane, I wanted to make sure that we could just walk into the car and arrive at our hotel without any hassles. And this is exactly what happened with Southern Elegance!
