Southern California Discount question

Hola all,

Just a quick question, we're going to Disneyland in May with some friends of ours who live in L.A. I was curious if they could buy all our tickets, using their So Cal discount, and have us be able to use them. They will be going with us on the first day, but not any other day we go.

First things first, while over the years there have been SoCal discounts on Disneyland tickets, there are not currently any SoCal discounts being offered right now. That may change by the time you go in May, but right now, there is no discount for SoCal residents.

The second thing is kind of touchy. IF during your trip there is some type of ticket available to SoCal residents only, your friend would be allowed to buy them for you as a gift and go to the parks with you. Since Disneyland is really cracking down at the entrance and asking for ID with tickets, you might run into trouble on the days your friend isn't there.... Again, that is IF they are offering SoCal tickets at that time, but currently they are not.

I was just noticing that. I think we'll play it safe, wait and see what Costco deals or other deals come up between now and then, (we live in Sacramento and occassionally see discounts up here), and go from there.
