Southern California City pass

has anyone ever used the Southern California City Pass? can it be used for fastpasses? I've always just done the Disney tickets but my parents are coming and want to see some other locations and the City pass was the cheapest answer.

We're considering using City Pass as well but never heard of it including fast passes. Did you read this somewhere?

no that's why I was asking. I wanted to see if anyone else had. I'm considering calling disney and just asking what the policy is.

I've never heard of tickets that don't allow you to use fastpass.

Ok I called to check it out and here is what I found out:

once the City pass is purchased when you go to the turnstile at the park (Disneyland or DCA) and put in the City pass they will print out a park ticket (park hopper if that is what is on the city pass) that works just like a "regularly purchased" Disney ticket.

so I guess I answered my own question that yes in a round about way it will allow for fastpass because a "real" ticket will be issued at the turnstile on the day of entry.
