can any one recommend a good company, well priced for cable service in the area? thanks much.

Also , need new cellphone service here!

Where we are on the Treasure Coast our only option for actual cable is Comcast. Though you have to shop around their site and 800 line for the best deal - they have always tried to up-sell us but the service has been good. Used it for the last 5 years.

Cell phone we have used Virgin Mobile for years now, after just about every other provider. We pay $38 after tax for unlimited text and data but minutes are limited. They have plans for just about everyone.
MetroPCS is popular but where we have been the service has just been awful with them. Not fun to have to walk all the way down the driveway to the street to answer the phone when it's raining lol.

We are also here in the treasure coast...
Our cell phones are with Metro, and we have had no troubles with service, even traveling back and forth from Michigan our service has been great.
As far as cable and internet, our neighborhood is locked into contract with Hometown Cable, it wouldn't be my first choice....would like to eventually use comcast.

im in brandon and we have verizon fios and have had no promblems also includes home ph and internet for 99.00 a month we also have their pay as u go cells for unlimited calls, texts and we @ 50 a month each. good luck!
