I am currently trying SBD and have a few questions. I was wondering if anyone else was worried about the high fat content that this diet has. I have a diet program on my computer and when I record everything I eat it lets me know how much fat, carbs and protein I have eaten. With the SBD it seems that the fat content is pretty high. Should this be a concern? I tried to eat the foods that are suggested but from someone who tried to keep the fat content down I am having a problem with this. Also for those who have done this plan for awhile, is the weight loss very slow? I only have about 10 to 15 pounds to lose and I am lucky if I lose a 1/2 to a pound a week. I would like to hear from others about their sucess with SBD. Thanks so much
