Are there restaurants at Disney that served soups and salads only? They include sandwiches?

Off the top of my head, maybe Earl of Sandwich at Disney Springs. I haven't seen their menu in a few years, but it might be limited to only those three items. There are plenty of restaurants that serve all three of those options, but have other items as well

I love a soup and sandwich meal. I've often made one by looking at appetizers. I've been able to put together a soup and salad appetizer at Olivia's, Tony's, LTT (before they became AYCTE), and a few others.
