Thinking of your friend, Jana, during her difficult times. I hope she will have friends and family that surround and uplift her through the weeks ahead. It is hard to go through things during a holiday time. My dad went into the hospital in early December and died there in early January. The world around us was having such a good time, and we were in sort of a daze and were just going through the motions. Luckily, Jill and Trent were so small they didn't know what was going on, so the Christmas we managed to have for them was fine. Every year at Christmas, I think of others who are waiting in hospital rooms and sleeping in waiting room chairs and floors as people they love are hurting.
Also I slipped a little something something in the mailbox for ya today! Should arrive early next week I hope!
