Soulmates/Love at First Sight

what's your definition of love at first sight? not trying to be rude, im just curious.

i believe in soul mates, like people being meant for eachother, whether its romantic or just friendly.
i think love at first sight is just lust. i dont think you can really love someone when you dont know them and how can you know someone when you first see (or meet) them?

I belive in soulmates 101%. I think there's someone perfect (be it best friends or a lover) for everyone.
Love at first sight.. well, i suppose i do. i've never thought about it.

I think I've found mine in Derek
Because we've loved each other for three years, and even though we broke up for 3 months this winter, through everythings we've come out stronger and love each other more than ever now.
I think that when some couples break up and get back together things are different and they wind up unhappy, but for us it just feel sooo right that we're together. So as cheeeeeeezy as it may sound, I think he's my soulmate

Love at first sight, I'm not SURE because I'm not sure if I've expirienced it. I think it's a difficult thing to tell, because like Shelby was saying, you don't realize until after that you were in love with them all along.
I think I fell in love with Derek on our first date--but I'd known him for a while before that, so I'm not sure if that's love a first sight or not

Love at first sight isn't just "ooh he's hot. I love him". Nah.
Love at first sight is complicated. It's almost like you look at the person and you're instantly intrigued. You want to know more. You can picture living the rest of your life with that person, that sorta thing.

I believe everyone has a soulmate. You just have to find them.
I do not believe in love at first sight. I believe you need to fully know someone before you love them.

I absolutely believe in soulmates but i don't think it strictly has to be soulmates in a realtionship. Like I think my best friend is a soulmate because I just know that we're going to be best friends forever...as cheesy as it sounds I just know.
Now I don't know how long me and my boyfriend are going to be together, I'm completely in love with him but I don't know if he's a soul mate. I guess we'll just have to see.
Love at first sight could go both ways for me, I knew the first time I talked to Zach that he was something special, something to hold onto. But we were just friends for years before we finally did something about it, so I really didn't know how in love with him I am until fairly recently. But looking back on it, I'm pretty sure I had fallen for him when we were just friends too. But it's hard to tell...

To me, at least. Everyone has their own definition of love, so I can't judge other people's opinions on the matter.

You can be attracted at first sight but defiinitely not in love. That comes with knowing your partner, ect. It also takes time to become soulmates I think.
