Since ATT so nicely decided to eliminate two year contracts, there isn't a need for us to stay with them anymore. So, I've been trying to sort out the best deal and it's all so confusing! Any cellphone gurus out there that could steer me in the best direction??

Here's the details:
Three lines
unlimited talk, text and would need about 5G of data (total)
After taxes and fees, we are paying $183/month for the three phones, which seems crazy to me.

We live in a smaller town and our best local carriers are Verizon and ATT. Sprint doesn't have great coverage around here.

Would appreciate and input or guidance! Thanks!

Straight Talk is great. $45/month for unlimited talk and text. 5 gb of data (well more but it slows after 5). I've had it for three years and am very happy with it. I believe mine runs on AT&T. Also, it's a little cheaper to pay for it annually and occasionally they run specials.

Cricket Wireless is another good option. It offers a discount for more than one line (which ST doesn't).

We just went with Cricket. 2.5 gig per line is $40 (1rst line), $30 (2nd line) and then $20 (3rd line) for each line. Add $10 a line for 5 gig each. I bought all of us the LG Stylo for $50 each with a transferred line. So far my phone reception is better than my iphone 4 on Sprint. The phones have been great.
