So sorry to go over old ground but just need a bit of advice about what to do next. I posted a while ago that I had been told my family and I couldn't be taken on a tour of the wedding sites yet a few people on here responded to say that this had been a possibility for them.

We leave for Orlando in four weeks so just trying to get a few bits finalised and wondered what you think the best course of action is in terms of trying again to organise this. Should I call again and tell them that I have been informed by other brides that this is a service which was offered to them or is there someone I can email to explain the situation to?

Also on a side note if anyone wants me to try and get some photos for them or find out any info whilst I am in the area I will do my best-just let me know!!

I would phone and email them explaining your situation and that you know other brides have had site visits (I'm guessing your planning a wishes wedding as their are no site visits with planners for escape brides). If they can't help you due to the short notice I would just have a look yourself, we looked at all the outdoor sites and went into Franks and the wedding pavillion for a look around. Let us know how you get on!

Call and mention that you'll be in town soon and cannot decide between sites for your Wishes wedding. That should get you a site visit but only if you're looking into a Wishes wedding.

If it's an Escape wedding you're looking into, DFTW will not schedule a site visit, they only do that for Wishes brides. I was a Wishes Bride initially ao I got to have a site visit but 3 months later I changed my mind and moved the wedding up 6 months so we're now having an Escape wedding.

If you are planning an Escape package they will not do a site visit for you. I just took a day to myself and wandered around all my possible sites myself. The only ones that are difficult to access yourself are the ballrooms. You can reach them all on Disney transport and I had a great day nosing around!! Is this not an option for you?
