Sorry! Please Critique My Intinerary Too!

I'd love advice/opionions on our intinerary too please!

Arrive Sunday Dec 5th at POFQ
approximately 1pm
Head to MGM Disney Studios hopefully by 3pm
Do rides whatever until Fantasmic at 7pm

1st Full Day Monday Dec. 6th (only late night MK is open)
Head to Epcot WS 9am
Princess Breakfast PS's in Norway 11:30am (only PS I could get)
Go to FW after breakfast...do FW attractions
Go to MK about 5-5:30pm for Spectro Magic
at 7pm and Wishes at 9pm

Tuesday Dec. 7th
8am PS's for Pooh Breakfast at Crystal Palace.
10am Family Magic Tour (2 hours)
Do MK attractions after Family Magic Tour til Park Close 6pm

Wednesday Dec. 8th
Animal Kingdom all day
8pm PS's for Cinderella's Feast at Grand Floridian

Thursday Dec. 9th
= Free time, maybe waterpark (weather permitting)
or Disney Quest
5:30pm head to MK for Mickey's Christmas Party

Friday Dec. 10th
10:30am Breakfast PS's (only time I could get) at Chef Mickey's
Head back to MGM after Breakfast
Do MGM attractions - hopefully get a break before
going to Illuminations at Epcot at 9:30pm

We leave Saturday Dec. 11th at 1:45pm (flight is at 4:15pm)
I left that morning open for going back to a favorite park or shopping at DTD or whatever.

I'm trying to decide if I should try and get PS's for Chef
Mickey's on Thursday December 9th instead of Friday? Also
is there enough MK time? Enough MGM time? What am I missing?

Any and all opinions, advice, ideas and critisism welcome!

I think you sound like you have a lot of great things planned! I don't know who you are travelling with and how old they are.

But, on your first day at Epcot, does WS open at 9? I think only FW is open then, right? But maybe you meant the reverse anyway.

I have never been that early in December, so I don't know how the crowds are, but I think I would try to change the Chef Mickey's and go to MGM first thing in the a.m. on Friday. Maybe make a p.s. for lunch at Prime Time Cafe or Sci-Fi.

We always like to walk in the shops at DTD on our last day, too.

Just my quick thoughts.

About your Chef Mickeys, I think I might try to switch it to Thurs Your friday has kind of alot in it, and depending on how late you will be at the christmas party on thurs, you maybe tired friday morning. We always plan to sleep late after the party.

Another thought: you could try to get Chef Mickeys for a early dinner before the Christmas party on thurday, since you will be in that area anyway. You would just hop on the monorail after dinner and be set for the party!!

What about Chef Mickey's for breakfast before you leave so you have one last hoopla with the characters. We try to start and end our trips with character meals. I also try to keep my ps with the parks that they're near for easier commuting. (O'hana's, GF, Chef Mickey's are usually bunched in with MK days, Sci Fi/Prime time on MGM days, also on Epcot/MGM days it's just a short boat ride to B&C at the Beach Club.
Any which way, you'll have a great time I'm sure!

Liz - I tried for Chef Mickey's for the day we leave, but I couldn't get a PS....it's a Saturday and there are 10 of us. The only thing they had was 10:45 (too late) and at two seperate tables.

I did call and get a PS for Chef Mickey's on Thursday at 10:30am though. I'm going to ask the group if they'd rather do that instead of Friday. I figure 10:30 isn't too early, even after the
late dinner with Cindy at GF and it will give us more time at MGM Friday and a better chance to get in a little break in before going to Illuminations at Epcot.

Thanks SO MUCH for the tips! Anyone else?

Oh and THANK YOU for pointing out FW DOES open at 9am! I got them backwards and really FW was the one that I wanted to go to before the Princess Breakfast, but I was thinking they were the ones that opened at 11am! That works out even better! We can knock out a couple FW attractions before the breakfast! Yea!

Looks like a great plan!!!

By the way, we arrive on Dec 8 (at 9:20 AM) and we'll be heading to Animal Kingdom that day too!!! We'll also be at the Dec 9 MVMCP!!! Maybe we'll see ya there!!!
