Okay, I'm a pushover! I have now accepted 12 families. Sorry, but that is all I can do for this month!
Hi, DIS folks! As many of you know, I used to have a gift basket business. Once a month, I would select a family visiting a WDW resort. I would leave a complimentary gift basket for this family. Unfortunately, I had to close down my basket business because I accepted a full time teaching position and I just couldn't keep up with both.
During the period I had the business, I acquired a stock of Disney plush. It is just too sad to have them sitting unloved in a box in my closet. I need to find them good homes. These are all brand new, never played with plush toys.
To do so, I will select a family each month (except December) to receive complimentary Disney plush toys. I will not be able to do this during December because I am having surgery and will be immobile for awhile. I will do this until my stock is depleted or life just prevents it.
Please pay close attention to the details before submitting.
Your family must be staying at a WDW resort during the month of November, 2006. I'm sorry, but I can't deliver off WDW property. You must have children under the age of 21. Please don't ask for specific characters. I will pick the plush based on the age and sex of the children you submit. I will not be doing gift baskets. The plush toys will be sealed in a plastic bag and waiting for you when you arrive at your resort. You may submit up to 5 children. Please be fair about this and only submit the number of children who will be visiting WDW with you.
I will need the name of the resort where you will be staying, the name your reservation is under (this is very important), the date you will be checking in to the resort and the first name, age and sex of each child to receive a plush toy.
I will select the first family to PM me that meets the above criteria.

I miss those baskets. We will be there in Dec. and a week into Jan. I will keep checking the boards...I know you said no Dec. but in case you need January!
Best Wishes on a speedy recovery! I had such a good feeling "paying it forward" several weeks ago...I'm sure that you must have those same wonderful feelings! Imagine how that child or children will feel when they see the plush character in their room! You are wonderful!
