a thousand times but i have my holiday booked with VH and its a few days away from 180 mark and I just realised I dont have my reservation number to make ADR's online??

How can i get it without involving VH??

You could phone Disney Dining. They would have to search for it with your details, but I still doubt that they could possibly take longer than VH to get your number. Many have emailed on the Contact Us link but they can take a while to get back to you so maybe not best if you don't have much time to play with.

I would phone. If the CM can't do it, hang up and phone back.

I just phoned virgin and they gave it to me no problem. I used this number 01293 496900. It is a british call centre and are usually very helpfu

I just wrote a message on the VH Facebook page and someone sent me a facebook message with my Disney ref very quickly.

Wow, that was clever! :thumbsup2 I would never have thought to do that! One more option for getting answers then. :)

by the way, you can make ADRs without a disney reservation number.
anyone can make ADRs... i've done it many times..

I just registered myself an account on Disney's website and have done all my ADR's without any of my booking details... was even able to book Fantasmic Dinner Package with credit card security and everything :)

tabz- i need my reservation number to make my adrs at 180 for the forst 10 days of my trip as i'm staying onsite

Maybe try a few methods of contacting Disney/VH. The worst that can happen is that they send your your number twice, but at least you don't risk waiting and missing your 180 day mark.

I originally emailed Disney but an hour or so later I got impatient :lmao: and just phoned. I was given my number over the phone immediately. It was four or five days later before I recieved a response to my email saying that they could not release my number as it would not be available until August :scared1: Now I know that countless folk on here have emailed through the same Contact Us link and recieved their reservation number the same day or shortly afterwards.

The point is, at the best of times, Disney is not consistent and some are successful one way, while others only get the information in another.

just got off the phone to VH and got our reservation number. Not long til we can make ADRs! :goodvibes

i called disney and got mine, just sat down and put what i want and the days so I'm ready in 16 days to make them!!!!

How exciting!! :yay: I planned a rough itinerary of what we're gonna do each day last night so now gonna sort out meals tonight! finally feels like its coming together already :goodvibes

You girls are a lot more organised than I was .. I don't know what happened to me this year, but I was sitting around midnight the night before my 180 day mark, looking at park hours and trying to throw some sort of itinerary together

You deserve to get everything you want!!

I emaild Disney and they got back to me straight away.

WDW.DRC.WDTC.UK@disney.com

You just need to give them your virgin reference, tell them where you are staying and the dates

I emailed these 2 weeks ago and never heard anything back. I emailed VH and they got back to me within 24 hours with the correct adr reservations number. I think it was questions@virginholidays.co.uk, I got it from their contact us page on their main website,
Hope this helps :goodvibes

It must be really different for you planning to go with little ones now!

Thats the beauty of Disney in my opinion, every trip is so different when you start travelling with children.

When we first started going our 2 eldest boys were 3 & 4 and the whole experience was based around the fantasy and magic of WDW.

We now have 4 children and each and every year it feels like a completely different experience to the last. This visit our DD4 will be over 40" and so for the first time since we started visting WDW back in 2004 all of us will be able to ride rides like Fasttrack, Sorin, Rapids, TOT, Simpsons etc together. I'm sooooo looking forward to this trip
