I booked a holiday in may for next year I booked it through wdw . I tried to log in the other day to manage my booking but no luck I emailed them and they said looking at the booking number it looks like I booked through their affliate company openride and to contact them. Open ride dont have an email address and I am not very good on the phone.
has any one else experienced this. I dont know how or why its though openride (we booked a flight inclusive holiday )
I want to be able to log in so I can request my seats and book my adrs when the time comes.
any help or advice please ?

I assume you are in the UK? It sounds like you have no choice but to talk to Openride. Sounds like they are acting as a travel agent so most things will have to go through them.

Even though I am not from UK, it happened with me too, but I had a talk with them and things worked out well. I am sure you will get what you want.
