If I book the best rate program and AP codes do end up coming out can I apply them to my ressie?

If i say, decide to change resorts but stay the same dates will Disney still charge me for one night?

IF AP rates come out, you will be able to call & apply them (if there is availability when you call).

If you decide to change resorts and the price is less than your original ressie, you'll be charged a $50 fee. If the cost goes up, they'll waive the fee.

The $50 fee has been dropped for modifications. Upgrade or downgrade hotel doesn't matter now. One way the BR is getting better.
