Hey Fellow Diser's -

I know this is crazy but I really have to share this or I'm going to bust!!!

I'm going back to the World Thanksgiving 2006!!!!

I know, I know, it's over a year away but I just want to share my excitement. This will be our first trip in November as we've always gone April/May or June so I'm REALLY excited and anticipating having wonderful touring weather and low crowds until Thanksgiving and then of course doing the CP dinner package, seeing the Osborne Family Lights and doing MVMCP the night before we leave.

Can you tell I just can't wait. Thanks for listening and I can't wait to read some of your reports from this November!!

 :hourglass :disrocks:

You're not crazy!!! I just got my travel package for our September trip and I'm about to explode. I'm so excited that it will be my DS's first trip to WDW. He's 4 1/2 and really excited as well.

We are also going at a new time of year. We usually go the first week in March.

Happy planning!

Hi TweetieSC4,

I am crazy trust me LOL :goodvibes For Disney that is like everyone else on these boards. Have a wonderful trip and 4 years old is such a good age to take them. You will see everything through their eyes. My dd is 12 and will be 13 by the time we return but fortunately I've instilled some of the Disney crazy gene in her so she loves it almost as much as her mom!!

I'll be there with you in 2006. We will be at WDW the week of Thanksgiving and then the Disney Cruise the week after.

I booked the cruise the beginning of this year & I booked my package when they came out last month.

I've been the week of Thanksgiving before and had a wonderful time! The weather was excellent and all of the Christmas decorations were up :) Everything looked so beautiful :) Hope your trip is a memorable one!

You're not crazy!!

I went right after Christmas for my first ever trip when I was 5, hope to go back some day during tha time!! :flower:

I also will be there during Thanksgiving 2006. :Pinkbounc Well, actually, we will be leaving for WDW the day after Thanksgiving cause I have to eat my yummy Thanksgiving meal here at home first!!!

We can't wait either!!! :Pinkbounc :goodvibes

O.K so I am not the only one.....

I am planning an early december 2006 trip and want to book ASAP....Got back a week ago. I know it's pretty far down the line but I want a ticker so bad and I can't make one until I have officially booked.

Dh is still on vacation so I will discuss this more in the upcoming 3 weeks once the kids are back in school. We have to decide on dates....either early Dec, or Newyear's 2007....

2007 seems too far away, so I will probably convince DH on early Dec.

By the way, when is Thanksgiving in 2006....I'm Canadian and we don't celebrate at the same dates.

nLuvwithmickey - cute name by the way. Thanksgiving is celebrated here in 2006 on Thursday November 23rd and my dd has half days the whole week and then off the 23rd and 24th so I'm thinking we will leave the Saturday prior which is the 18th and the decorations should be up but even better still the actual festivities usually begin Thanksgiving so we won't leave until the Monday afternoon and she will go back to school on the Tuesday. All in all she will only be missing 2 1/2 days of school which isn't too bad. This year she missed 8 days during our vacation and even though it was May and she didn't miss much I don't want to make that a habit. She'll be in 7th grade this year too so it would be very hard to make up the work. Good luck in your planning.
