"Sorry for the Paws"

Got up early to book online. The online system would not let me. I tried from my computer and my phone, both kept giving me the above. I could see the times I wanted and once I hit the time then it gave me the error message. By the time I got thru all the 6 o'clock times were taken. I am really aggravated about it.
 
Try again and keep trying. Ressies open up all the time. I've scored them 2/3 days before the day I wanted them from people who cancel.
BTW, I got this message last evening too.
 
Especially try the first few days after opening. People grab stuff when they aren't sure and then cancel it.

Same thing happens with cabins when new cruises open up. That first day people are booking/holding, and cancelling.
 
If you have something but then lose it during booking, wait about 20 minutes and try again. The system holds it for 20 minutes, then releases it. I usually keep trying for the first 30 minutes when i want a hard to get reservation and have had good luck.

kandb I feel your pain!

I was up at 2:55 AM (live in California) and could see the times I wanted at the restaurants I wanted...but every time I clicked on book I got the "sorry for the paws". Eventually there were no times available. I tried phone app/ipad/safari/firefox... I stayed up till 4 AM and called. By then there were no seating times for either restaurant I wanted (yes they were Cali Grill and Narcoosees... I would have taken either and got neither...:))
We did a split stay so this is my second time in a week getting up in the middle of the night and I had issues last Saturday but that day it was Stitch not the "paws". I will try again (and have this morning..still paws). It's not like the end of the world to not get the restaurants I wanted :) but honestly I am beyond frustrated and I am certain this will be our last trip to WDW, vacationing there is just too much work lol. I loved planning our trips in 1995, 1999 and 2005...this one not so much. Disneyland is a cake walk compared to this!

Keep trying and I hope you get the times and places you want :)

I had the same issue last week when using the website. I found that if I used the app on my iPad I could book the ADRs. Though, when trying to modify existing ADRs, I had to use the website. I also found that when I got the paws error it locked that reservation for 15 or 20 minutes. It would then pop up as available, so I could book it using the app.
 
I got the "paws" message, too, and eventually gave up and booked everything via the app. (Which worked fine.) None of my ADR's were super difficult gets, but annoying nevertheless. Still can't book anything on the site, btw - I tried for Spirit of Aloha and was denied. Weird.
 
Still cannot book online. Yes, I can book via the app but it's so annoying. Why cannot Disney get their act together and fix their damn website? This has been going on for years. Honestly, it's so ridiculous.
 
Happened to me last Friday, booked all but 2 on the phone (which also took 40 mins) always a fun experience.. Not
 
I started a thread about the same issue. Did you by chance book through a travel agent? I called in and when I did there was the travel agent's address and contact info listed. Not sure why that would cause problems when booking online if it's connected to MDE but it might be the issue. I had to book everything on the phone with the exception of whatever day was exactly 180s out. Very annoying though.

Yes, I have a magical deal with a travel agent. We arrive 8/23. I emailed my agent and she said it has nothing to do with it. I called Disney's IT dept and the girl took all the info, said the same thing was happening to her when she tried to make an adr with my account but didn't know why. She said she had to send it to the higher up IT people. She gave me the impression that it was not going to be fixed anytime soon.

My TA also said it has nothing to do with them but so many people who booked through them, had the same problem. I called yesterday too and I arrive on the day before you and also have a great deal for Beach Club. They had me try the app which worked. Have u tried that?
 
I changed the shipping address for the magic bands. When you go into personalize them you verify the shipping address. Same thing happened when i booked through Orbitz a few years ago it was whatever address was associated with Orbitz.
