We are planning to take our 3 DDs for their first time to DL & I am wanting to take them to a princess lunch or dinner. I was wondering does anyone know what the menus & prices are. I am sure that I saw a link in here a long time ago, but I cannot seem to find it. Thanks for any help you might have.

You can go to the top of the main forums page and you will see "New!!! Disneyland Menu Database" just click on the link and you can see the prices, but they do not have what is on the menu HTH.

No problem - take a look here for the current Ariel's Grotto - Disney Princess Celebration menus. Have fun!! My DS13 will NOT go there with me :confused3

Thanks for the link. It was just what I was needing. DH will be thrilled when I spring this reservation on him.:rotfl2:

My DD and DS (almost 3 and 9mo at the time) loved Ariels Grotto when we went a few years ago. After 4 busy days in the parks it was nice to sit down inside to eat lunch and my husband forgot the price as soon as he saw beer on the menu :rotfl: (DL doesn't serve alcohol and we didn't know DCA did...a nice treat after 4 tiring days :goodvibes )
We sat down and he immediately ordered 2 pints :thumbsup2

The best part was that each princess (I think there were 5 or more) came to each table one at a time for a quick chat and a picture. My kids were in awe, even my 9mo old...

Also, make sure they dress up in their favorite princess dresses. They will feel like the belle of the ball!

Enjoy!

QUOTE]

was the food good? I know that I am paying for the experience, but having good food is always nice.

We've eaten there twice and enjoyed it (not so much the food as the princesses). The menu has totally changed though, and I don't remember any difference before in "indoor" vs. "outdoor" pricing. Can anyone give advice as to why it would be cheaper to eat outdoors and if it matters? Is there less princess interaction (which in my opinion is the main reason to go there) outside?

We'll be going in February, which is warm enough to eat outdoors (at least if you are from the North and going to sunny California anyway) so I don't think that matters to us.

Any advice is appreciated. And can anyone who has eaten there since the big menu change let us know how the food is?
