Sorry.. double post...

That's how I wanted to set it up..but my mind went blank!!!
the
V = (h/e)v-E/e

Got it! Thanks.. I kept asking how did you get the e by it's self..duh! got flip the equation around!!!

is this technically cheating?? Or is like all the new games shows where you get a freebie??? Yes Regis I would like to phone a friend.

It would only be cheating if PN's DD asked for help. This is PN asking for help. She is just checking her work! That way she can explain it later. Besides it feels good to work on something other than laundry or lunch! (or hander painting for that matter!)

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Well, DD will NOT get these answers.. so technically Mommy has phoned a friend!!!
DD will have to attempt to solve these and I will only give her hints.. I'm very adamant about her doing her own work!!! She has to learn... She is so accustomed to doing her own work she avoids signing up for partners on projects because she likes to work at her own pace!! :confused:

I'm using your story too!!!
DD asked if she was going to be able to just copy my work.. I gave her the "look".. than I heard.. stomp, stomp, slam.. "that's so not fair!".. :rotfl2:
Cry me a river sweetie.. You have to do this on your own..because we aren't there taking your test with you!!!

yep she's really my kid!

Well, do you want her back? I'm willing to send her back priority w/ DC so you'll have her in time for FLA!!! Free babysitter!!!! ;) She does diaper duty too without gagging!!! :)

Karen, the cheerleader just checking in between work calls ..........!! You ladies rock!! Yay, it's up to 8 pages now!! Ha!! :cheer2:

Actually it's 8! That is a lot of posts for a double post. I'll have to check and edit in a moment! ;) 109!

LOL! I guess we have a lot to talk about when we double post a sign up, huh?

I managed to step away and get my dishwasher loaded and the kitchen and dining room cleaned up from lunch (I'm in slow mode today).. I even went down and started the laundry back up.. Now, I feel the towels headed towards me out of the basket.. I think they want folded!!!

Wow, you have pretty hair B&MB. I like the cleaned up edges. I bet it braids neater too.

Algebra. How I remember algebra. I used to be really good at it. I scored a 100 on the Regents in 7th grade. However, now that I'm a MOM, my brain has turned to mush. Good thing I have four years to relearn stuff.

V = (h/e)v-E/e
V = 1/e(hv -E)

You can also figure it out at this point by multiplying both sides by e and then dividing, so...

Ve = hv-E
e = (hv-E) / V

Woo hoo!!!
Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one who believes that when you become a mom some of your brain turns to mush!!! I tell DH that all the time..but I also have my kids convienced that being a mom gives you the ability to have eyes in the back of your head so even in the car when the fighting starts you know who started it! LOL

thanks! it does braid neater, I braid it at night, but now it's really thick on the end.

As for mushy brains, I'll take it. I too have eyeballs in the back of my head. DO you have mother's hearing too? DH can not ,for the life of him, tune the kids out when they get loud.

What is up with that? My DH can't do it either. So frustrating to have him yelling while the kids are loud too.

:scared1: I go to lunch and come back to this!!!:scared1: I think I need to lock this thread down!:rotfl:

Yep, same answer.

I was a math geek when I was in school. It's about the only thing I still remember. My brain turned to mush without the kids.

I wasn't a math geek (your words, not mine :rotfl: ), but I was a science geek and eventually an engineer and finally a chemistry teacher. Now, of course, the most complicated things get around here is how much laundry detergent to use or what's for dinner. Good thing I only have 7 brain cells left!
