We happened to get a silver package with this trip. What are these "perferred or reserved seats" all about for fireworks viewing and parade viewing and where are they in the parks? I didn't know about these things before. It's been a few years. PLUS, here's the kicker dumb question, where is the place to look for the fireworks schedule for December? Do you have to go to the MVMCP to see fireworks at MK? I just want to coordinate stuff and just am running out of time. I'm SO much more busy this time and not nearly as planned as I usually am. I'm trying to start a business while holding another full time job AND a mom to a 3-1/2 year old son... so I'm REALLY busy!:hyper: :hyper: :hyper:
Help is GREATLY apreciated! I know it's annoying to see the same questions over and over and over! :(

I'm a MAJOR planner and I'm SO unprepared this time. It's freaking me out!:worried: :earseek:

13 days!!!!!!!

I would call Disney, or the TA you booked the trip through, TODAY, RIGHT NOW. There might be PS's involved with the preferred viewing. You paid for the silver package so you want to get your money's worth. I don't know the specific answers, but if you wait any longer, you may miss out on a reservation that you already paid for. As far as the fireworks schedule, check the official WDW website.

I got the preferred viewing when I went on the silver plan, but never wound up using them. Did you get the certificates on it yet? There is a number on them that you can call to reserve your spot in the preferred viewing area.

You can look on www.disneyworld.com to find the dates and times of the parades and fireworks during your stay. Just look up the park hours for December, and click on entertainment, and it will be there. It seems like Wishes is scheduled for most non MVMCP nights. I doubt they would let you use the preferred viewing on the night of MVMCP, but I could be wrong.

And don't freak out. Sometimes those totally spontaneous trips are the best. Sometimes it's more fun to just see where you wind up :)

Have a great time!

Karen

THANKS! Yes, I have the certificates and I'll check the schedule pronto and see what I can get. THANKS.

Still wondering where they are....of course, unless it says so and I just didn't read them when I got them. I was scared of losig them so I stuffed them in my Passporter quickly!

:D
