How do I get tickets from Ticketmania in conjunction with Mousesavers. I signed up for the newsletter but hopefully it will arrive on 15th till then I do not know how to look at the prices. ARe the prices different than shown on the Ticketmania site? Do they differ from the AAA prices?? I was just wondering if anyone had purchased a 10 day pass with PH and non expiration on Ticketmania. How much was it?

I just purchased a 10 PH with no expire from Ticketmania. I haven't gotten them yet though. They are shipping on July 12th, so that was yesterday. So I guess I'll start looking in my mailbox for them.

They did ask when our departure date was. We aren't leaving until August, so we put that date in. We ordered a few days ago, the message stated that they would be processed/mailed on the 12th, and mailed then. They did state that that they should be here by the 28th. I thought that was a long time.

So, give them some extra time. I'm not sure if ours is taking longer since we aren't leaving until August. I didn't order them, my DH did. I would have put a sooner date because I don't like the unknown and I like to have tickets in hand sooner than later.

I am worried that if we waited until August, would the tickets have come in time? I'm sure they would have. We do live further from Florida (Philadelphia area) so that has something to do with it, I'm sure.

I'll keep everyone posted about the receipt of the tickets.

There is a link in the Mousesavers newsletter usually to Ticketmania and Discount Orlando vacations for the discounted tickets. I bought four 10-day expiring non-park hopping (3 adults, 1 child) for $1188 with free shipping. I figured it saved me about $80 over buying them directly from Disney like I used to. The discounted prices from Ticketmania and Discount Orlando Vacations was also better than my AAA office offered. I still have the newsletter so I will find the exact price for what you are looking for and post it.

Did a little more research.

Ticketmania with mousesavers discount:
10-day MYW non-expiring with hopping adult - $337
10-day MYW non-expiring with hopping child - $302

Disney.com:
10-day MYW non-expiring with hopping adult - $353.58
10-day MYW non-expiring with hopping child - $312.05

adults save $16.58 per person
children save $10.05 per person
plus $3 for regular shipping or $10 for express shipping.

They just ask your date so that they're sure there's time for shipment. They don't hold your orders for any longer. I live in Canada. Ticketmania said it would take 2-3 weeks. I received them in 9 business days! :flower: I couldn't be happier with their service, and have higly recommended them on the Cdn chat board.

Forgot to mention... we ordered them last month for an upcoming trip in September, and they still shipped immediately.

Are the tickets from Ticketmania paper tickets? Or are they the "credit card" tickets like Disney provides?

Also, does anyone know if Disney Guest Services would replace a lost ticket if it was not purchased through Disney?

The reason I ask is because I lost one of our tickets last March...all I had to do was go to Guest Services in MGM and give them one of our other tickets and they scanned it in...saw that I purchased 3 tickets all together, even told me how many days I had used so far, and then proceeded to cancel the ticket I lost and re-issued me a new ticket.

Would they/could they do this if it was a ticket purchased from an outside source?

Thanks for any help!!

I couldn't say for sure about replacing a ticket bought from an outside source, w/o documentation, but I do know that Ticketmania photo copies your tickets for you--so that in event that you lose them, you can show that to get a replacement.

hope that helps.

Has anyone purchased their tickets from Ticketmania and picked them up from their store? I am going to DW a week from tuesday, and I am afraid that they will not get there in time. Is it far from WDW?

Also, has anyone purchased their tickets from ticketmania, and then had the resort they are staying at put the ticket on the room key so that they only had to carry one card with them?

Thanks in advance.

I just got off the phone with Ticketmania. They answered right away (a plus), they understood my position, but they still said it will take 3 weeks for my tickets to arrive. ! Yes three weeks! I am a bit livid.

Apparently, since my DH put that we aren't leaving until August in the order form, they are "holding" me order until later in July. They are fulfilling the sooner vacations before ours!

So basically, and I told the ticket rep this, that I spent $1,100 on tickets hostage just because my vacation is later than others. I bet my tickets will be mailed pony express.

We ordered on July 5th, order confirmed July 12th? Why so long? and the tickets will arrive on July 28th.

I asked the employee why they are in priority versus in order that the orders are taken. I basically find it unfair that my tickets are going to take three weeks where others (international order I must add) take 9 days. I feel that they are taking advantage of the fact that our vacation is later.

I'm ready to complain, and let others know as well.

That doesn't make sense, because our vacation date is September 22 :confused3 It did come regular mail, and maybe that's what they're talking about (maybe earlier dates get priority post - or the equivalent in the US).

If you ordered on July 5th, 9 business days from then would be July 18th. Technically, they did say up to 15 business days which would make your date July 26th. So, I would wait and see if the tickets come by the 26th - if not, then you can complain (?).

The BIG price difference with the tickets is that Tickemania's price includes tax but Disney.com's does NOT. I saved over $70 ordering our 10 day tickets from them. We got 2 A 2 K 10 day exp non hopping with pluses.

I ordered ticketmania tickets at the end of June for a August vacation and they came via priorty mail and I had them in about 7-10 days!

Well its 14th and we ordered on the 5th. No tickets today. When I called they did say priority mail. If they mailed them on the 12th as stated, I should have gotten them TODAY! The 5th to the 14th is 9 days with some days being weekends.

I dont like the idea on how they took my $1100 and haven't gotten what I ordered yet. I think I'm anxious because it is a large chunk of change and they were fairly nonchalant about it on the phone. "Oh it will get there". I said to the ticket rep "How would you feel if you gave out 1,100 and didn't get anything in return until 3 weeks later?" He totally understood.

Cindy - when I ordered my tickets for our May trip, they took a long time to come also. I got panicky when others on this board said they had received theirs and I still hadn't. I e-mailed them a few times (got no response). Finally a very nice representative called me at home and said they had received my e-mails and did respond but sometimes their e-mails are picked up as being spam and that is why I probably didn't get their e-mail. Anyways, the tickets arrived shortly after the phone call. All that being said, I still wouldn't hesitate to order from Ticketmania again. The tickets arrived with a bunch of Orlando brochures which were fun to look through and they come with copies of the backs of the tickets incase you loose the tickets. Disney will reissue a ticket, as long as you have the copy of the back of the tickets.
BTW, when I checked in, I had my Ticketmania tickets transferred to our room key without any problems.
Hope my story helps you to relax.....the tickets will arrive!

I ordered our tickets from them 2 days before we left last December and paid the $ 5. or so dollars to have them delivered to our hotel. It was great - the tickets and photocopies were there as well as some great brochures and coupons. We're going to be using them again this year (but I plan on ordering a lot sooner this time).

Cindy B...take a deep breath and try to stop worrying. You were a smart cookie to order early...and TicketMania will get your tickets to you by the time they said they would...which is in plenty of time for your vacation.

...let us know when those tickets actually arrive...my guess is that they will come by Friday next week, if not earlier!

They clearly say BUSINESS days -- you can't count Saturdays and Sundays. Nine business days from July 5th is July 18th. You have two weekends in there -- you have to be fair.

Ordered ours on the 12th and received an email that they will be processed and mailed on the 19th-I'm not expecting them much before the end of the month.
