Sorry, another FP+ question

We have 5 people in our group-4 adults and 1 toddler. There are 4 of us who can get FP+ and our rooms, tickets (MBs) are linked. The problem is when asked to make FP+ reservations on our 1st day (MK), 2 of the adults want to ride coasters and 2 do not. I was able to book for my husband and I who will not ride the coasters but I cannot figure out how to book the FP+ reservations for the other 2 adults. I even went to the other couple's ( DD and her BF) MDE account and tried to book them from there thinking it would allow me to do that but it won't.
Would someone please explain to me how I can do this? Do I need to contact Disney's tech support in order to get the other FP+? TIA

Which account are the other two adults' tickets linked under?

We had the same problem. The girls wanted to do Meet & Greet and the moms wanted to do a ride. It let us do this. Make sure your tickets are linked to each other. All of our tickets are linked.Try again and see if it works. IF not, call tech support.
