Sorry - A Last mintue request - Fishing @ Castaway Letter needed

I was trying to do this myself and I seem to have lost the touch or inspiration......So maybe someone could help me please.

I am in need of a letter for my DH about that he is going on the fishing excursion at Castaway Cay that day. It is a surpise for him. We are both going. It is a "Birthday" present (belated for him; current for me).

Also if it came with an envelope that would be perfect cause I want to put it in our FE for him to get the night before.

The details:

I need by Wednesday 11/30 (we leave the house around 10 am)

DH name: Chad (me : Erin)

Date of excursion : 12/4 @ 9:30 am until 1pm

Excursion Details: Castaway Cay Bottom Fishing Select this Activity
Duration: 3-3.5 Hours
On this tour you will:
•Make your way to Marges Barges, conveniently located just 100 yards from the ship, to begin your fishing experience in the beautiful turquoise waters of the Abaco Islands. •Board your custom boat with up to 8 other enthusiasts and venture off-island. Your Captain will take you to the best location on the day and set anchor for approximately 2.5 hours of bottom fishing. Bask in the sun with rod and reel in hand as you hope to hook any number of the exotic shallow-reef fish that flood the tropical region, including yellow tail, grouper and snapper. Note: this is a catch and release program.
