If you don't feel better tomorrow go to the Dr just to be sure.
Having had Tonsillitus a THOUSAND times....yes, you would have white/yellow spots or streaks on your Tonsils but they can be pretty far down the throat and not always visible for you to see yourself. It's likely the change in weather and you mention being at school..so you are probably a bit run down and suseptible to what's out there.
