Sorcerer's Game...worth it or not?

Since I have 4 kids who will want to play do they each have to step up and hold their card up one at a time? That might take awhile.....

That will be a problem. Each game is independent of each other. Every 'player' gets a 'key card' that activates the window and keeps track of that player's game. If 4 players each want to play their own game, it may soon turn out that the next window in one game is not the same window in another's game. There are several windows in 4 different areas of MK and a player can be sent to any of them after completing a task.

With multiple players, I have 2 children that like to play, we use 1 key but make the kids take turns at the portals (windows). 1 child gets to start the game, move on to the next portal and the other child gets to play there. Then switch off and on. They can all watch the screen and see what is happening, but only 1 is holding up the cards to fight for that portal. I will eventually have 3 children playing (once the baby is old enough) and we don't want to be splitting up the family to go to different lands to play separate games.
Have fun!

You can play multiple cards each time. We have the small binder/holder with 4 card slots. DS just holds up a page.

With more than one kid, I'd either have them all play at the same time with their own set of cards. OR combine the cards and take turns holding a binder or something.

We are hooked played for 2 different half days last trip with our 10 year old. Now that we have moved up to the hard level it takes longer and it is hard. People say they give clues in the video on what cards to use but we haven't figured it out yet. We have almost all the cards and we just give our extras to kids playing with only a few cards.
We go back on Friday for our summer vacation and my son has all his cards organized and ready to go. I think we are still stuck on the hard level on Main Street where we left off last year..LOL

Make sure you ID which card attacked the window. Use same type card on next attack. Better to use several of that type at once.

It is a great way to pass the time during a busy afternoon and it supplies a great souvenir to bring home. My 5 year old loved it.
