Check all of the major gift shops at each park.
(Like The Emporium on Main St. at MK, Adrian & Edith's Head to Toe on Hollywood Blvd. at DHS or MouseGear at Epcot.)

There used to be a Sorcerer hat at DHS, right in front of Chinese theater. It's gone now, but you couldn't miss it.
