I am going down to the world in mid August. Do you think the hat will be open by then? I know that seems like a stretch since 100 yrs doesn't start till Oct., but it just doesn't look like there is much more to do.

I am not sure. It seems unlikely since they still have to install the trivia terminals and the pin shop.
