About to close on 200 points at BWV. Want to go in Sept for a family trip. Would like to get a 2br or even a grand villa near the middle to end of the month. What are the chances of getting my home resort of BWV or anywhere else for that matter. Thanks. How soon after closing with the TSS, can you book a trip. Thanks again.

We're in the same boat - hopefully going to close on a resale in the next 3-4 weeks and want to go to WDW in Sept or October of this year. Seeing all these wait lists popping up, I am starting to worry about availability.

I have never seen Disney process a resale the same day as closing. Most brokers will tell you to check with Disney 10 days after closing. Several people need to process your paperwork and depending on their work load, it can take a few days.

The chances of getting a reservation this late is questionable, but you won't know until you try.

remember that free dinning is going on at Disney - so expect most of the ADR to be filled. so go for the hotel restuarants and try earlier or later.

No. I wouldn't rely on conceirge that month. Like pp said, it is free dining. Get your adr's in now!!

yes and part of Aug too.

no - we don't get any priority (like emmababy said) - with the free dinning - expecting cancelations and trying to move once the time is closer.

as I mentioned if you can't get the theme park you want look for the hotel restuarants that are close by.

sometimes the CM can suggest something - others won't even look unless you ask.

What do you mean unstocked? If referring to cooking utensils and such, it is fully stocked. If you mean food, well then no.
