Sons 6th Birthday dinner HDD or?

I just booked a 7:15 reservation for my sons 6th birthday at Hoop Dee Do for 12/30!!! I heard they will point him out or give him something special for it being his birthday? Has anyone done this.

Or

Do you have any other ideas that would make a great non-park birthday diner special, I was torn between Chef Mickeys and Hoop Dee Do, I went with HDD because I could book it now!

Any other ideas?

what they do is this: during part of the show, the cast goes on the floor and ask for those who are celebrating birthdays, anniversaries,etc. they will ask where you are from and how old and then sing.

thank you, I honestly couldn't remember! I think it would be a fun "birthday" meal he won't forget!!!

Maybe I will get him one of those goofy cake hats for the day!!!

Oh, I think going to the HDD for his birthday would be much better than Chef Mickey's. They do point out everyone's birthday, say your name and where you're from, and sing. It's fun!

or consider one of the birthday cake hats! and don't forget the birthday button from city hall/MK. and one from epcot/AK. the one at epcot is in different languages~way cool!
