Are you talking about the juggler on the Boardwalk? He was there in July, but wasn't in October. We were looking for him. All we saw was the Russian rope twirl girl.

Last time I saw Matt (shortly after Hunchback closed) he was at the Boardwalk. Not sure if he still is though.
