Heaven is a place on Earth - Belinda Carisle (sp?) ~I don't know why this one reminds me of summer, probably because during the summers when I was in high school I had a Jeep Wrangler and my friends and I would drive to Virginia Beach with the top down playing 80's CD's and singing at the top of our lungs. Good memories.

King of Wishful Thinking - Go West ~same reason as above and that it's the opening song of Pretty Woman that we used to watch ALL of the time.

Soak up the Sun by Sheryl Crow- reminds me of moving into our brand new house 4 years ago last month. I remember driving to get our stuff out of storage with the windows open in 85 degree sun just so excited that our house was finally built, we were moving in and getting married 4 months later.

Another vote for Cruel Summer by Bananarama! This sticks out in my mind because I remember seeing The Karate Kid and hearing that song for the first time. I love that movie!
I also love Rio by Duran Duran. It brings me back to when I was 14, hanging out at the pool with my friends.
